Like most homeowners, I've been there - searching Google for a plumber or roofer, clicking through a dozen websites, trying to piece together whether a contractor is actually any good from a handful of outdated reviews scattered across different platforms. It's frustrating, time-consuming, and frankly, it shouldn't be that difficult.
That's why I built Contract Rating. I wanted one place where homeowners could search for any type of contractor in their area and immediately see what they need to know - real ratings, real reviews, contact information, hours, and pricing context - all without having to bounce between five different tabs.
Contract Rating pulls verified business data and reviews directly from Google, so what you see reflects real customer experiences. No paid placements, no fake reviews, no contractors paying to rank higher. Just honest, transparent information to help you make a confident decision before you pick up the phone.

Local focus - we surface contractors near you, not just the ones with the biggest ad budgets.
No pay-to-play - contractors cannot pay to improve their ranking or hide negative reviews.

Contract Rating is an independent project built and maintained by one person in Ontario, Canada. It started as a solution to a problem I kept running into, and it's grown into something I hope is genuinely useful for homeowners across the country.
