Correct a business listing

Wrong trade category, outdated phone number or website, or a location that has closed. Include the listing URL and what needs changing, and we will action it.

Remove a listing

If you own or represent a business listed here and want it removed, say so and we will remove it. We do not require a reason and we will not try to talk you out of it.

Report a problem

A page that will not load, a review attributed to the wrong business, or anything that looks wrong. Details of what you were looking at help.

General feedback

A city or trade you want covered, a guide that missed something, or a suggestion. This is a small project and feedback genuinely shapes what gets built next.

Things we cannot help with

Changing a Google review. Review text and star ratings come from Google Business Profiles. We reproduce them and cannot edit them - those have to be raised with Google directly, and changes flow through here at the next refresh.
Recommending a specific contractor. We are a directory, not a broker. We do not vet businesses individually and we will not tell you which one to hire.
Disputes with a contractor. We have no relationship with the businesses listed here and no ability to intervene. For an unresolved dispute in Ontario, Consumer Protection Ontario is the place to start.
Paid placement. There is no mechanism to rank higher or to have negative reviews hidden. Our methodology explains why.
