DFP Building Services Ltd successfully rectified work on an extractor fan that 4 previous firms had failed to do. In early June I had a new extractor fan fitted as the old one was rather noisy. Five firms and 3 extractor fans later DFP managed to get the new fan (they recommended keeping the third one fitted by a previous company) properly extracting so after 5 months I could have a proper bath and shower again. I am very grateful to them. David (who made the initial and second final visit - when work was undertaken) listened to me and ordered a new top to the outside duct which seems to work. I was getting a lot of down winds before when it was stormy. Luis had the challenging job of going out on the roof and getting the previous duct top off which had been glued on. I discovered the company whilst doing a google search re bathroom fitting experts. Importantly DFP made it clear that if there was any problem they were happy to return to make adjustments and patiently explained what the settings meant including the humidity setting. I have no hesitation in recommending this London based company.

This whole experience was dictated by David who attended my premises to establish what needed to be done. I was given a quote and an appointment was made for an electrician to attend. They attended as arranged and resolved the issue. During the intervening time I was kept informed of the current situation. I can only say that their attitude was thoroughly professional and friendly. I would recommend this company without reservation.

I can't speak highly enough of David and his team. They are extremely professional in terms of their workmanship but also in their overall approach and especially in their courtesy to the customer. From the first meeting to discuss the work of replacing the floorboards on our landings, Dave was extremely knowledgeable about what needed to be done and the advice given was really helpful. The quote was received the next day. The work was completed to an excellent standard, on time and nothing was too much trouble. Once all the work was completed they left the house very neat and tidy, I would highly recommend and would definitely use them again.
