I called Full House in a panic as we had an ice dam that was causing a small leak in our kitchen. They were extremely busy today but managed to find the time to come and take a look at our roof. William was very honest in saying that the issue was likely working itself out and saved us 100’s of dollars. This level of honesty is rare these days. Thank you! Cannot recommend enough and will be calling them for our future roofing and attic needs.

We recently had Full House Roofing install new board and batten siding,new soffit fascia and eavestrough . It was a pleasure working with them at each point in the venture from the sales information meeting to the design meeting to the install crew. Alla allowed us to see the different options for soffit that perhaps we would not have imagined and the install crew kept the job site neat and organized and were very accommodating whenever we had questions about the install. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Will and his team at Full House Roofing. We contacted Will regarding our roof and siding needs and he was professional, diligent and eager to get us the best deal on the best products. We had steel shingles and siding done on our home. All of our communication with Will was positive and both teams (siding and roofing) were efficient and professional. We had a huge job and Will and his team made it seamless! We got quotes from many other companies and nothing compared to Full House (quote wise and professionalism wise). After our project was complete we had a separate HVAC issue where we had our heat pumps removed, this left a hole in the new siding from where piping was previously. Unfortunately the HVAC company also made quite a mess with spray foam, which ran down the side of our new siding. We gave Will a call and he had a team out over the Christmas holidays to fix it! A mess that had nothing to do with his company or work. We cannot recommend FullHouse roofing enough. Thank you Will!

William and the Full House Roofing is the best contractor I have ever seen in Kingston. He always goes above and beyond in terms of his service and quality of work. Full house went so above and beyond. I couldn't be happier with their craftsmanship, but what really put them above and beyond is customer service. We had them out for a quote/estimate. When he saw some of the flaws with our roof, he took the time to do some temporary fixes to address the biggest problems right away and free of charge. He didn't need to do that. We then agreed on the best course of action and price. He came out and did a stellar job fixing everything then, on top of all that, he called us and explained how certain aspects of the job were easier and took fewer materials than expected, so he reduced our bill to reflect that. I am not a roofer and would have never known the difference he could have charged the full amount, and we would have been happy, but the honesty is so next level that I will only use Full House Roofing for any of my roofing needs. I will recommend him to everyone I know! He just earned a super happy and loyal customer.
