Jaffer Electric

I cannot say enough good things about Jaffer electric. They have identified and resolved issues when multiple other electricians could not. Their team is professional, courteous, and clean. The team also has a family atmosphere about them. Call Pat Jaffer make sure his technicians are taken care of and they come through for him. They will continue to be my top choice when having an electrical issue.

I got: prompt call back, next day appointment, fast and effective service, very fair prices. Pat resolved a dangerous condition at my home. Plus, he was nice. It COULD NOT have been any better. Can I give 6 stars?

First time I used them and they were able to locate the problem and fix it within what I could afford [thankfully]. They could have told me anything and I wouldn't have known the difference. But thankfully it was easily repaired. And I known electrical/ wiring problems can be difficult, time consuming and usually expensive repairs. So, for my first encounter, I would have to say I was very happy with my service. Very nice electrician who didn't waste time nor dawdle. Which is great because they are on an hourly fee. I give them 5 stars. The only thing was it took a couple days before I got a return call. Very nice office staff, a friendly pleasant young woman answers the phone and I'm sure does a variety of other duties

If you need an electric job done, big or small, this should be your first call. Super friendly service both over the phone and in person. The owners care about their business, their reputation and most of all that you, the customer are satisfied. Can't recommend this place enough.

I wanted to put a light above my sink, so I called three electricians who had been recommended to me. I waited a day, then two and on the third day, having not been called back, I decided that even if one of them called back, I wasn't about to hire any of them. Then I remembered that Jaffer Electric had done work in our complex, so I called. A lovely woman answered the phone and took down my information. That same evening, I received a call from Pat. We chatted and he came over the next day to look over what I needed. He explained that it would be a week, or two until he could get to us. It took only a few days until our job came up in his queue. Today, he installed the light. He worked quickly, although he was working on time and material. He put a drop cloth down to contain the dust. He was absolutely delightful and did the job quickly and professionally. I HIGHLY recommend him and Jaffer Electric.
