They were very prompt in responding to my request for work and I felt the total cost was reasonable. Orville, who actually did the work did an excellent job, was very professional, explained all the work, was courteous, cleaned up, etc. Overall, a very positive experience.

We just moved into our home in Kingston and found out our new oven would trip the circuit after two minutes. We also had a living room light that didn't work. I called Kgn after finding a good testimonial on reddit, but other than that I went in blind. I spoke with Patrice on the phone and she was attentive and professional and instilled confidence in me right away that this was a company I could count on. Orville showed up not more than an hour later and he didn't leave until he fixed all of our problems and more! He had to troubleshoot the problem, finding that the oven just didn't get along with that circuit. So he created a dedicated circuit for our oven. He found the living room light was a faulty switch and replaced that. And he also notified me that we didn't have two GFI outlets in the kitchen, so he updated those so we would meet code. He did this all in a matter of a three hours or so. Orville communicated with me the entire time what he was doing, and asked before taking any action if I agreed with his decisions. All in all I was so happy I found Kgn. They were prompt, thorough, fairly priced, and professional in demeanor, communication, and the quality of the work done. Every electric need I have will begin and end with Kgn Electric.
