Rock Solid Windows was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The team is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. They took the time to educate me on window options and details I had never even noticed or considered before — that level of expertise really sets them apart. Their showroom is beautiful, and the quality of their products is clearly top tier. What impressed me most was that even the owner was on site to install our patio door to ensure everything was absolutely flawless. True professionals who take pride in their work. We truly cannot thank the team at RockSolid enough. My husband and I both agree that we have never worked with a better company before. Matt is outstanding. He was kind, got back to us quickly, answered all of our questions and made sure we were getting the doors, windows, trim & glass we wanted. Steve was more than accommodating, and willing to come by outside of normal business hours. Both Matt & Steve worked around our schedule as we have a toddler and things don’t always go as planned. The installation crew was phenomenal and incredibly helpful. Our windows, door & trim look amazing. We noticed a difference right away in sound reduction (we chose triple pane) and a positive temperature difference inside our house. We should have done this sooner! Professional, kind, competitive pricing, communicative and all around just a phenomenal group of people. I highly recommend RockSolid and would go with them again, in a heartbeat. Great products and service! From the sales person to the installers, we can't say enough about how great this experience has been. The sales person (Matt) was very knowledgeable and brought up points that none of the other companies had mentioned. His concern was if we stayed with a 5 panel window, we'd have less actual 'view' because of the vinyl in between the glass. He had examples of 4 and 5 panel windows and addresses to go see first hand before we made a decision and we LOVE the 4 panel window. We hadn't even considered going from 5 to 4 before speaking with him and we are so glad we did. This was supposed to be a 2-day installation but due to weather delays they had one day to get it done. They double up the crew and showed up early in the a.m. and worked basically non-stop through the day. They got it finished by 5 and it looks great!! We highly recommend Rock Solid!
