There's a lot of people that need to learn how to swim - for fun - and for seriousness sake. It is an open air and varied for sun sensitivity. This is officially a professional size pool with features that can help: 1. Physical Therapy 2. Rehabilitation 3. General Strengthening for sports 4. Baby & Toddler Swimming Practice 5. Great Summer Camp Activity 6. Great to skip the salty ocean if that's your thing, but that is where you will most likely need the know-how. Yes. Swimming is not only good exercise, it is a catalyst and conduit for meditation. Some of it has to do with that fact that we as adults are approximately 60% water, and so being in the water that is most of our composition is a relief. When things dry is the further we get from life, hence drinking fluids particularly water to lubricate the cells of the body, and to aid in circulation, preservation, perspiration, and respiratory health. Water is important to drink before flights because of its lubricative and wall building layers in the portals of entry against germs. Water is essential and so is swimming in it.

Fillemon and the STT Swimming Association have taught many of my students to swim - with no previous swimming experience some of these students are now so confident in the water we have even gone on to teach them to dive in the same pool with Red Hook Dive Center, thank you all!

I give it one star because this weekend I don't like what I see going on there last weekend it had a competition with some children from St Croix St John St Thomas a nice swimming competition now this weekend it had some people there swimming and exercising they left know it has a white man there putting his dogs to swim in the swimming pool that I think it's not nice at all I think he needs his own swimming pool by his house to do things like that they need to put up a sign saying no dogs allowed where other people have to go and swim all carry his dogs on the beach and even certain beaches have no dogs allowed so why would he bring his dogs to swim in the swimming pool ???🤤🤤🤤

Before you hire a pool builder in Ontario

Pool building itself is not a licensed trade, but the electrical work is, and the enclosure permit is mandatory.

Municipal pool enclosure permit

Required in essentially every Ontario municipality, usually before excavation begins. Bylaws specify fence height, gate self-closing and self-latching hardware, and how soon the enclosure must be in place. Enforcement is real and the liability if a child accesses an unfenced pool is severe.

Verify with: Your municipality's building or bylaw department.

ESA notification for pool electrical and bonding

Pool electrical must be installed by a licensed electrical contractor, and the metal structure must be bonded. This requires an ESA notification and inspection.

Verify with: The Electrical Safety Authority, esasafe.com.

Check Saint Thomas Swimming Association on the official register

Utility locates before excavation

Legally required. Gas and hydro service lines cross yards at unpredictable depths.

Verify with: Ontario One Call.

General liability insurance and WSIB clearance

Excavation near a house foundation carries real risk. Confirm coverage amounts.

Questions worth asking

  • What is the total installed cost including electrical, gas, decking, fencing and landscape restoration?
  • Who pulls the enclosure permit, and when must the fence be up relative to excavation?
  • Which licensed electrical contractor are you using, and will I receive the ESA Certificate of Acceptance?
  • What is the realistic installation window, and what happens if it slips past the season?
  • How is my deposit protected, and what is refundable if you cannot start?
