Advanced Level Homes

During a severe storm in May 2025 our home suffered a loss to the roof. We’d previously heard of Advanced Level Homes and quickly reached out to them. Dominic arrived, what seemed to be immediately, to assess the damage. Will followed to introduce the company and explain how the claims process would work. They took numerous pictures of the damage and did an emergency repair. Will brought Rapheal over a couple of days later to reassess the damage. Christine, all I can say is first class service, available at any time for updates by phone, text or email. Rick diligently worked with our insurance company keeping us up to date without us having to deal with them, ensuring our claim was taken care of. During the work process the team of guys working were wonderful. We have a dog who runs in our front and back yard so they cleaned up and used their large magnet tool at the end of each work day ensuring no nails or debris were left behind. It took a bit of time because of negotiating with insurance but we now have a beautiful roof with a 10 year warranty. Highly recommend this Company!

Everything has started when we noticed some damages to the old roof, couple shingles missing... then, Cam from Advanced Level Homes checked the roof & took lots of pictures ; after, he explained the situation and showed me the damages from the hail, guiding me on next steps. Even I was a bit skeptikal at the begining, they've done everything for A to Z, from preparing the claim & talking with the insurance company on my behalf, to installing a gorgeous new roof with plenty of waranty on materials and workmanship. Christine (customer service) was in touch with us everytime was needed, Rafael came and did the final inspection once the job was done; overall, the entire team that installed our roof was extremely fast and professional, everybody knew exactly what to do, so it was installed in 2 days !!! After they finished the installation, the place was clean, spotless... We saved not only a lot of money but -more important - we have peace of mind now. I would definitely reccomend Advanced Level Homes to anybody that is looking for an amazing job & for peace of mind.
