I called for a $99 appraisal, and I was told they would be in touch. I had to call back 2 weeks later to find out if there was an actual, appointment, or if I was still waiting for a call from the tech/roofer, and they told me the roofer/tech would call. He did that day, and he was supposed to show up the next day in the morning. In late afternoon, he called and said he was on his way, but I had postponed appointments until the afternoon, and asked to reschedule. We agreed I was to be seen the next day in the morning. By late afternoon, the situation was, no call, no show, nothing. I called the office the next day, and of course they were apologetic, but it seems this company does not want your money. The manager/owner was not in contact with me, even with a request to speak with him, the tech called back with a half-hearted apology, but besides the offer of a date the next day, there was no waiving of the "fee" offered, or any type of "guarantee to show". This company really does not want your money. I was polite and calm during my interactions, they were too, but you would be best to save your $99 dollars and go with someone else who actually shows up an wants to do the job.

I was pleasantly surprised at the service, professionalism and install. Everything clearly laid out by the sales person and the guys who did the install were first class. They were really courteous and treated the house with care and respect, cleaning up and removing everything after every day of the install. The quote was a little more than some (but not all), but if you cost in the quality of the products and install, and longer warranty it's definitely worth it in my opinion. This is the only roof we have had installed, so I have no pint of comparison but I have no hesitation in recommending this company. First class from beginning to end.

We have a flat roof on our home and experienced a small but annoying leak this past winter. The Davidoff gang were promptly out to have a look at our situation and they very quickly isolated the likely source of the problem. Once the weather gave us a break, they were out without delay to take care of the necessary repairs. Their staff are all very attentive and professional from scheduling to the actual repair. We would not hesitate to recommend their services!

Davidoff roofing was amazing. They installed our sun tunnels and we are so pleased with the amount of light we now have in our space. They were very professional and friendly to deal with. I would definitely recommend them!!!

My experience with Davidoff roofing from start to finish has been great. We had our job done very late in Fall of 2022 just a few days before snow set in. Brent Savage our estimator was very professional and gave a great estimate (very comparable to other 2 other quotes I got from other roofing companies). He took time to discuss patiently the details of the job and answered all of our questions. Once we paid the deposit Lisa at office called frequently to update us on the actual scheduled job date. Installers Rajinder and his team were professional and courteous and they did a thorough job. The clean up after the job was excellent. Brent also emailed me this spring as a follow up and was kind enough to come down and inspect the job just for my satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company.
