Two days without water during a very cold spell were challenging to say the least. We melted snow on the cooking stove, to flush toilets with the melted snow and we showered at our neighbors. We couldn’t use our washing machine and dishwasher and couldn't wash our hands. Dimitri came promptly. It took him less than hour to locate the frozen pipe with his ingenious thawing machine and he thawed the ice in the pipe. We got our water back! A sigh of relief! Overall Professional and courteous with very satisfactory results. The price was reasonable.

Very professional and fast service! Everything is done electronically by email with detailed PDF quotes, invoices and receipts. Laz was very thorough and did the job right with a somewhat complicated routing of the drain system from the kitchen. We even had some chat about snowboarding which we both love!
