We contacted Ken about turning our front covered porch into a four season room, and we couldn't be happier with the results!! Last fall, Beaumart Aluminum Ltd. replaced siding and installed eavestrough on my house in Birr. As part of the job they also had to cap a dozen windows and two doors in aluminum. Beaumart's quote for the job was the best of three, but it was Chris' manner of communication made that me feel confident that his company could do the job well. I have never hired a construction company before and was nervous about having them occupy my property for a week or more. However there was no reason to be concerned...every one of the people Chris assigned to my job was decent, respectful, and diligent (I am retired so I was home for most of the time the crew was there). They were also flexible, and allowed me to make a few changes along the way so that the end result was to my satisfaction. One example was where they capped two basement windows. It was going to be done in white, like the rest of the windows etc, but I asked that it be done in a darker colour to match the siding (it's a darkish green) so that they wouldn't be so visible and throw off the balance. No problem, Willie did them in green, and they really do look great. Another man took on the task of replacing the old aluminum soffit on the ceiling of my porch (it's full width across the front of the house), and he did an absolutely beautiful job. It really does look like a new house now, though this is a 160-year old wood-framed farmhouse. I must say, if you go out and talk to the crew, stay in touch every few hours, show some interest, then they can make sure the end result is what you wanted, even though you didn't know every detail of what you wanted at the start of the job. Andrew was my point man on-site, a very responsible man who genuinely wanted me to be happy with the crew's work. He was able to accommodate all my requests without making it seem like I was being pain in the neck. I recommend you give Beaumart a chance to quote your job. I'd hire them again to work at my home. These guys are great! They work really hard to get the job done. If there are ever any issues, they address them immediately. I had some basement egress windows installed and there was an issue, I let them know and they were back the next day and took the whole thing apart and reinstalled it correctly. City inspection passed! Thank you team Beaumart!

This company is awful, three out of four trough corners leak. The siding keeps unclipping due to faulty installation. To top it off I caught two of the guys doing lines in their truck in my driveway. This place has been around since the 80's but has no builder contacts. If builders avoid them, you probably should too!! Absolutely bottom of the barrel. Your reply is an absolute reflection of your professionalism!!
