Rob and the team worked really hard to make our wishes come true during our renovations. He talked us out of over-lighting our family bathroom (it would have felt like we were being abducted by aliens when we switched on the lights in there, lol). We would definitely work with them again and recommend them to everyone who needs their services.

Rob is amazing to work with! He has done a couple of large projects for us including a complete basement reno which included the electrical work for all lighting, outlets, home theater, wet bar, and bathroom. We asked for him when we did another reno of our kitchen and guest bathroom. His work is impeccable, he is professional and knowledgeable and always responds to answer questions you might have. You won't find better, imho.

Rob and his crew are amazing and go above and beyond for their customers! Our contractor used him for our large renovation (we turned a single family home into a multi-generational home with a separate in-law suite). We've had a lot of questions and changes, BrightHouse accommodated every request and answered all of our questions. Our renovation required HydroOne updating the transformer. HydroOne has had some hiccups on their end. But BrightHouse has gone above and beyond with calling them for updates at least once a week (sometimes more) and keeping us informed of those updates. They also came in and strategically hooked up some hydro in our house so that we could still function while we wait for HydroOne. The BrightHouse crew always leave any area they are working in clean and safe.

I've had Rob do a couple of reno electrical jobs and couldn't be happier. Great work, professional service and alwayse responsive. I will be using Brighthouse for any future electrical work, and highly recommended them.
