Coad Heating, Air & My Fireplace

I request him every year as he is punctual friendly and is very knowledgeable.He always takes the time and you don’t feel rushed.He represents Coad my fireplace extremely well.Thanks for a positive experience again

James came today and I can't say enough good things about him. Personable, friendly, great knowledge and put my mind at ease regarding my boiler. Coad was exceptional in getting a part I needed. We had Gary for many years on the farm, he'd be proud of the great service they give.

The quote process was transparent and detailed. Multiple options were presented, and all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Rebate programs were explained fully. The workmen who installed the heat pump, furnace and smart thermostat were exceptional. All three were professional, respectful, on-time, and efficient. Clean up after the job was done was excellent. They actually did more than was required, with no change in the cost. I have no hesitation in recommending them for all the services they provide.

Called trying to buy a new remote for my gas fireplace as mine is clearly broken. (One set of terminals are missing) They would not sell me one but told me a tech would need to do a service call to tell me it is broken and then they could order one for me. I just want them to take my money and give me a remote. I do not want to pay for a service call that I all ready know what is wrong. I guess I will just order off Amazon. I try to support local and all I get is mad. *Edit, Just called the company that makes the remote and they are sending me the parts I need for free!

Had Jeff in again this year to do the annual servicing on our furnace and AC. As expected he was on time, friendly and thorough. He even suggested a fix to make the system more quiet when the ac is on. We are very pleased and will definetly be asking for him again next year. Christine in the office was also very helpful in scheduling a convenient time for the service call.
