Called on a Wednesday, had a new furnace fully installed by Thursday afternoon. Local to St Thomas, arrived on time, courteous, and I’d swear these guys REALLY love their job!! It’s definitely refreshing to see. I’d recommend them 100%.

When I did decide to replace it, they installed a new furnace within 2 days at a very reasonable price. Friendly, professional, and trustworthy service. Highly recommend.

Hugh's crew was quick and efficient in swapping out my hot water tank in Mid-January. My furnace relies on the water tank for heat, so time was of the essence. The techs were friendly and thoroughly professional. Highly recommended!

Called early on a Saturday morning about a furnace that was out. The answering service said they would have the technician call me back. After thirty minutes my phone rang twice, I answered it and the person on the other end hung up. If this was the furnace technician they must have felt like not working. I never received another call from Hugh's about my request for service. I moved on to someone else that would help out.

After being left in the cold by reliance for 5 days without hot water, an afternoon call to Hugh's got us up and running the very next morning and was several hundred dollars cheaper per year. Steve and his team in St. Thomas are top notch, and we very much appreciate the customer service in getting us sorted out so quickly. We were referred to Hugh's by a neighbour who had a great experience, and we will be giving their recommendation to anyone who might benefit moving forward as well. Quick, easy to deal with, actually put some effort into solving our problem, and cheaper than the competition. Thanks again
