I had suddenly lost heating when my furnace stopped working during one of the coldest weeks of the season. DuPont heating was able to provide immediate assistance. Not only was the issue fixed quickly, but the price paid was incredibly reasonable. However, what prompted me to write this review was the incredible service that my technician Niko provided. He highly knowledgeable, professional, and was a pleasure to work with!

Had to get repairs done on our standing water tank and the experience with Dupont was excellent from start to finish. Niko was quick to identify the issue and explained the repair process clearly. Work was completed efficiently and very well done. Everything is fully functioning and left in better condition than before. Highly recommend Niko and Dupont for any heating and air conditioning services you need.

My furnace was nut working and within an hour Dupont had a technician to my house. It was dead. Within a very short time I had a quote for a new furnace and by noon the next day the furnace was installed! I had to put in a high efficiency so the had to find a way to vent it directly to the outside. My basement is all finished. They managed to find a way with just a small cut in the drywall. Amazing service and a neat and careful installation. I have used Dupont many times in the past and highly recommend them.

I had no heating and my place was freezing. they were quick to respond and a technician was available within a couple of hours. I worked with Jeff who simply was the best! He took his time and explained things to me. He didn't bully me into buying their products. He was very easy to reach and always called me back. Overall 10/10 experience! this company was amazing 😍
