The installation was top-notch—professional, efficient, and clearly done by experts who take pride in their work. The crew was respectful of my home, worked cleanly, and the finished result looks fantastic. We had our windows done earlier this year, 14 in total. It was the best price from the quotes we received, and we got the honest/ trustworthy vibe from them. They had a save the tax and free colour on the outside. Install took two days and the two gentleman were very friendly and professional, the windows and the trim look great. We were very happy with them and would highly recommend.

Update: After a bit of a wait, I was finally able to get the door. The process from start to finish was amazing. The timeline was spot on and they were able to accommodate my time. Mason was amazing. He provided me with a deal that was exactly half of what I got from Brookstone and was very competitive with 3 other quotes that I got. The installers were fast and efficient and were in & out in about 6 hours. They came with electrician as that was part of the contract but turns out it wasn't needed and to my surprise they refunded most of the charge. Albeit I had to email them about it. But I would definitely recommend this company. #1Have hired them so far so good. Will keep this review posted.

We selected Forest City Windows and Doors based on a recommendation from neighbours. Outstanding service from beginning to end - sales, installation and office staff were all knowledgeable and professional. The windows are well made, easy to open, close and clean. We replaced half the windows this year and plan to complete window replacement next year using Forest City Windows.

Forest city was amazing to deal with, right from estimating to the installation. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional. The two guys that came to do the installation were professional, polite and did an INCREDABLE job. I cannot believe the change in our house.
