On a -20 degree day this winter, my 14 year old furnace gave out. Andre was able to help me get the furnace up and running again within the hour and gave me tips on how to keep it alive while we arranged to have a new furnace installed. He was prompt with communication and courteous with follow up. The crew was professional and installation was done within a few hours. Definitely glad to have a new furnace for the rest of this record cold winter. Thanks again Andre and team!

Andre from GTA HVAC Services recently installed a new high efficiency furnace in my home and did an excellent job. Andre was very knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and answered all my questions. The installation was done very quickly, they cleaned up thoroughly afterward, and left everything neat. The price was very reasonable compared to other quotes I received, and I feel confident in the quality of the work. I would definitely recommend GTA HVAC Services to anyone needing a new furnace or HVAC work. Further had a small issue with the furnace, Andre was there first thing in the morning to solve the issue. Again amazing service.

Andre was incredible. Our furnace wouldn't start over the weekend right when the freezing weather hit, but Andre came out and quickly diagnosed the issue. He was even able to get it running long enough to keep us warm until he could get the replacement parts—which he installed the very next day! Andre is such a friendly and knowledgeable guy. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs their furnace fixed!

My experience with GTA HVAC Services was very disappointing. I contacted them to order a furnace part, and after they quoted me a price, I confirmed that I wanted to purchase the part only. They asked for an e-transfer, which I sent. I then waited about two weeks for the part to arrive while my home was freezing and without heat. I was eagerly waiting for the part because, with winter temperatures, my home was already getting colder by the day. When the part finally came in, they informed me that there would be an additional $130 installation fee. The installation would have taken only a couple of minutes—it's just a sensor held in by two screws—so I was frustrated, and it made me feel like they cared more about getting additional money than honoring the agreement we had. The way the situation was handled came across as really uncaring and even cruel to me. They acknowledged it was a mistake on their end but didn’t offer any solution other than for me to pay the extra fee. When I tried to discuss the situation further, they stopped responding to my emails and calls. I explained that my furnace had been off for over two weeks in the middle of winter and that my home was extremely cold, he just said get the part elsewhere and then hung up on me. In the end, I not only lost the money, but I also had to continue dealing with the freezing temperatures while trying to find another solution. Overall, I was very unhappy with how the situation was handled and with the lack of communication. This was just my personal experience, but I wouldn’t feel comfortable using their services again. He lies as a response. Making stuff up. Admit your mistakes and try to resolve issues instead of blaming others.

Andre and his team from GTA HVAC Services was outstanding! They arrived right on schedule and installed my brand-new furnace efficiently. The team was warm, professional, and respectful of my home—they kept everything clean throughout the process. They kept me informed every step of the way, which I really appreciated. The new furnace works perfectly—my home is now warm, comfortable, and cozy. Plus, I received a full warranty and was reassured that I can call anytime if there are any issues. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

Yes for the parts that matter. Gas work requires TSSA certification, and refrigerant work requires a 313A or 313D certificate plus environmental handling certification.

Legally required for anyone connecting, servicing or venting gas-fired equipment. G2 covers most residential work; G3 is an entry level that must work under supervision.
Verify with: The Technical Standards and Safety Authority regulates fuel safety in Ontario.
Check GTA HVAC Services on the official registerCertificate of Qualification, 313A or 313D

Not a legal requirement, but many manufacturer warranties are only valid when installed by a certified dealer. Ask before assuming you have a ten-year warranty.

- Who on the crew holds the TSSA gas certificate, and at what level?
- Is the equipment warranty conditional on registration or on installer certification?
