I'd give 6 stars if I could. Matt was helpful in the planning process, a great communicator, prompt and respectful always, and his workmanship was terrific! My wife and I are delighted with the upgrades he made to our home. We will happily call him again when we're read for our next job!

6 STARS if I could! Amazingly good work and price - I found Matthew and his team of John and other experienced members on google, met with him for a quote, and decided to use his services. I’m very glad I did! The price quote was very competitive and well laid out, the communication easy and responsive, the work was well explained, completed on time, and he came exactly when he said he would. The advice when unforeseen challenges were uncovered during demolition was top notch and he very quickly had a plan to solve each issue. There was a wide range of skills in Matthew’s personal ability and even wider in his combined team. I had a 4-week project for them to completely renovate a 1700sq foot property (kitchen, two bathrooms, flooring, drywall, stairs, almost everything you can imagine in a house was redone). I have dealt with many people over the years for this sort of work and Matthew and his team impressed me. This was a rental property but based on their work I will be using MC Construction for my personal residence shortly, and any other projects I have going forward. I’ve never seen someone so keen to help protect the house, my costs, and yet deliver such a high-quality result. Price and quality of work is excellent, and I will recommend him to anyone who needs anything, big or small.

We hired MC Renovations and Construction for a day of odd jobs that had piled up while we dealt with a family emergency. Matt was excellent from the get go. Honest and clear communication via email prior to meeting, offered multiple solutions for a plaster ceiling repair, and was able to give a quick accurate quote a few days before. He showed up on time on the day of. Matt was able to finish off a built in around our fireplace, mount our TV on a very tricky 100+ year old plaster/brick wall, fix our ceiling and repair some gutters. He did this all very efficiently! He maintained a very clean workspace, cleaning up after himself as he went. He was receptive to questions and helped work through design details. All that and our Dog loved him! (Always a great sign). I would highly recommend Matt and his team to anyone for a project big or small. He is trustworthy, hardworking and honest.
