2 years ago I called them for a free assessment, they came and slid the window back on the track. 2 years later they contact us and demand $270.00 for services I didn't agree to or ask for. This is a shady buisiness that will rip you off!

Had shower installed, not overly impressed with the workmanship or installers. They wore work boots in the house, worked directly on my new hardwood floors without drop clothes. Shocking...there was a scratch directly where there were prepping the sharp metal trim. When he came to measure no advise was offered about the door height, so after installation an extra stop was required to prevent ceiling damage and the door opens only one way now. The caulking wasn't properly done or even inspected before they left so they had to be called back, then did a poor job removing all the caulking before resealing it. Looks sealed but is much messier than my previous shower. Even the screws for the hinges weren't installed flush. I was really worried they would break my tiles from hearing them talk about using a dull tile drill bit. I regret not spending the $100 more to go with the other quote.

Oomen's replaced a thermal pane in one of our windows for us which had lost its seal and always had condensation inside of it. They came within two days for a quote, and within two weeks they were back for the installation. Their price was quite reasonable, and their staff were all highly professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Overall we were quite happy with their work and would use them again.

I used Ooman’s glass To fix an old French door, from my cottage. It had two broken, small windows and broken wood trim. It is a custom door, so it was easier to fix than replace. I called ahead and they accommodated my timeframe. Extremely friendly service. The door was fixed within an hour and the price was very reasonable. I’m really impressed!

I cannot thank them enough for the new window, new glass in others, new screens for a couple. They didn't push me to replace windows that didn't need replacing. The showed me alternatives and I was able to make informed decisions. I will be using them again and highly recommend them. The before photo has the grids and after is the lovely new glass.
