Great experience changing five windows using Panorama. From the Sales process to the installation. They were timely, respectful and professional. It was also at a great price. I would definitely use them again if I need to change other windows in the future.

We chose Panorama over competitors because their responsiveness and customer service were stellar. Joe, their salesman, was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and extremely honest when helping us decide which products would best suit our century home. Jana in the office was quick to respond, and communicated well over the time of our installation, as it needed to be delayed because of torrential downpours on our scheduled date. Denis and his team were clean, quick and easy to deal with on the dates of our installation. Now we are reaping the benefits of the quality windows we purchased, and have just called them back to help us with a new door. Highly recommend these folks!

Panorama windows team replaced our old windows and doors. The pre-sales, sales and post project process was a good experience. The crew were skilled, knowledgeable, clean, friendly & respectful, we felt we were in good hands for the week they were here. Work was completed on time, within budget and met or exceeded our expectations. The windows are a significant improvement on what we previously had. Communication was great, with all our questions being answered. We do not hesitate in recommending Panorama windows team to work on your window/door project.

I knew it was time for a window upgrade, but I had no idea that I would upgrade my windows and find superb quality customer service and installation. Joe and his team were fantastic to work with. He was able to talk me through the process from start to completion and answer all of my questions along the way. Joe's background as a contractor really helped me understand how the window replacement would affect my home, and he helped answer some of my questions around continued home settling and things that I should look for as my home continues to age. The windows that we selected together are phenomenal, easy to clean, sleek, and offer a great warranty leaving me feeling very confident in my decision. Not only is Joe top-notch, but what I appreciated the most was the quality control found with his installers. Corey and Alex arrived on time. They were friendly, courteous, and really accommodating, moving quickly from room to room while I was working from home. They both went above and beyond in my home by making sure that they followed all of the safety precautions brought on this year. They also were incredibly tidy while they were working. I was shocked and incredibly grateful when I realized that they had taken the time to fix my storm door, which was not part of the window install. Their attention to detail left my home clean and in better condition than they had originally found it. My home looks beautiful outside and in. Panorama Window and doors did a knockout job! I would highly recommend them if you are looking for quality windows and customer interactions. They truly go above and beyond from start to finish. Truly a 100/5 experience.

We had our front bay window, and 6 other windows replaced in January. It was very cold outside, but there were 4 installers who came, who got the work done very quickly. We were impressed by their speed, the quality of their work, and their clean up afterwards. I might also add that we chose Panorama windows and doors due to the price and the stellar customer service experience we had during the quotation and calls to arrange the installation. Thanks to all!
