Not a respectful company.They're driver's block offsidewalks, talking to the manager, he will tell you to 'walk around' or cross the street, i fell walking my dog, will be notifying my lawyer, as possible injury suspected This place is ridiculous, i have notified the city, the owner of this company is disrespectful and ignorant, the company has no respect for public safety, this is the last place I would call for business quotes. Follow up to your response, then why did your contractor move his vehicle, note that I talked to the bylaw officer, and have filed a complaint. Best offer luck in your Business..not recommended....

PM windows and Doors has completed multiple types of work at our home over many years, and we’ve been quite satisfied each time. Most recently this year, PM staff replaced the exterior front and side doors, siding, soffits, facia, front porch guardrail, front staircase handrail, and a new deck at the rear of the house. Staff we very helpful, knowledgeable, always had a clean job site, and pleasant to do business with. Over the past years, PM replaced all of the windows in our house. Throughout the interior of our house, PM reconstructed our closets and doorways, and installed all new interior doors and closet doors throughout the house. It makes a difference hiring a reputable company that has been in business a long time. We are quite satisfied.

Sending thanks to Kevin, Craig and installation team for the install of 8 windows on our upper floor in April and May. I shopped around obtaining 4+ quotes. Decided to go with PM as they were reasonable and I heard good things about NorthStar Windows. Kevin was honest, helpful and not pushy to sell or up-sell windows. Craig was accommodating and very friendly to deal with when booking our 2 install dates. Didn't have to wait months for windows. Install went smooth and fast and they did great cleaning up. Only one small thing I can say is, I was surprised that I did not get a phone call or hear from Craig or someone after the last set of windows were installed to make sure we were satisfied & that everything went okay or if we had any questions. Excellent service from Kevin and very good installers. Kevin came to my home and helped me figure out what front door was best. He had great ideas and I ultimately went with what he suggested. Very happy with the result!

We desperately needed to replace our front-facing windows and rickety front door...so we gave PM a call. Kevin - their super-passionate sales guy - helped us pick the best-looking front door for our house, explained the entire window installation process and provided us with a very competitive quote. In other words, it was a great initial service experience. As for the window and door installation, we found the workmanship to be top-notch. The installers themselves were efficient, friendly and left our house clean. Highly recommended! In fact, we have already reached out to PM to replace the rest of our windows.
