Buyer Beware! We live in a new development in the St. Thomas area, and I live next door to my mother. Last year, we both had fresh sod laid down. To keep our lawns looking great, my mother purchased top soil from Ryckman Contractors Ltd to use in seeding both of our lawns. She made it clear that this was the purpose of her purchase.Unfortunately, Tom from Ryckman Contractors delivered soil that resulted in weeds growing in our lawns. When she contacted them, Tom dismissively told her that weeds usually grow out of the soil. Now, both of our lawns are infested with weeds. This has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
