He has helped our family out several times and just recently did amazing work replacing our old lead pipes - - he was fast, efficient, and friendly and is a consummate professional. Valentin responded to my job request regarding our bathroom toilet. He provided a detailed quote with options. He also helped me to make a decision about repairing or replacing. Additionally, he helped me choose a high quality product within my budget. These happened before I officially ask him to do the job. He showed up on time and worked very carefully and cleaned every. Valentin was as helpful as always. This was the second time I called Valetin for my plumbing problem. My laundry room hot water faucet wore out and water couldn’t be stopped. There is no shutoff valve for the section so I had to turn off the main, which is very convenient. Valetin gave advices what to do before coming over which I appreciated a lot. He explained thoroughly what he would do and managed to cut the faucet soldered to my copper pipes, added shutoff valve and replaced with a new faucet in less than 30 minutes. Definitely recommend his services.
