Great people and completed all the work in a timely and transparent manner, even explaining to me steps along the way that I didn't understand. They responded immediately to our need for a furnace check up and had a new furnace installed within 12 hours! Would highly recommend.

Kevin has helped us with our furnace issues. The extreme cold we have been having this winter exacerbated the heating system and our furnace was constantly shutting off and on. Our furnace was running 24/7 even on a mildly cold day. We have more work to do on our own to fix things permanently, but we appreciate Kevin coming to our rescue on short notice when our upper floors (where our tenants live) dipped to 15.5 degrees Celsius after a major cold snap. Kevin is knowledgeable, kind, and patient, and I’m glad I gave SunnySide a chance. They also send helpful appointment confirmations, reminders, and invoice notifications!
