Had Superior Plumbing and Heating come by, and Adam was the tech. It was a simple fix, but he went above and beyond explaining how to prevent future issues with older pipes. Saved me money already just by understanding what’s going on in this old place. He showed up right on time and made the whole experience smooth. Absolutely recommend — five stars and very grateful.

I’m really happy with the service I got from this company. The customer service was very prompt and Cedric did an amazing job installing my new toilet and shut off valve. It’s hard to find a company that is very professional, clean and reliable but good thing I found them. Good prices too. Highly recommend!

Yes. Plumber (306A) is a compulsory trade in Ontario - working without certification is illegal, not just inadvisable.

The individual doing the work must hold this, or be a registered apprentice working under someone who does. Ask for the certificate number and the name it is issued to. It belongs to a person, not a company.

- Does this need a municipal plumbing permit, and are you pulling it?
- What is the warranty on labour, separately from the manufacturer warranty on parts?
