Great company, great service, fair pricing. I had a small leftover imperfection from a previous job with a different company. We spoke on the phone, we set a time for the next day, his team showed up and fixed the problem quickly. Definitely call Allan. I realized afterward how difficult a lot of plumbers can be. This was the opposite: efficient, effective, easy.

I got stuck replacing a bathroom faucet and called Allan. He quickly assessed the job via text from pictures I provided. A plumber came a few days later (not an urgent task) and had everything up and working within an hour. Service was very friendly and effective. I had a great experience. The plumber was fast, friendly and capable. When Allan called to follow up, I told him that all went well, but that I had a minor nitpick. He listened carefully and volunteered to come back and sort it out, no charge. The follow up visit was just as fast and professional, and the final result turned out perfect. I cannot begin to describe what a phenomenal help Allan was. I experienced an issue while doing some work myself with a drain snake that fell in my vent pipe. I called him to come by. After speaking to me for 15 minutes on the phone he then proceeded to text me with some options. I followed up on things myself and he basically helped me do the I myself at no cost through texting. Honest, helpful and friendly. I cannot begin to describe what a wonderful company and business the Urban Plumber is.
