Windows To Adoor

We had Windows to Adoor complete the trim around our garage door and most of the windows in our home—and we’re so impressed with their work! The crew was friendly, efficient, and took the time to clean up thoroughly after the job was done. Everything looks fantastic, and the attention to detail really shows. Had a patio door put in, workers were amazing. They showed up on time, knew what they were doing and were very proffessional. The installers were extremely nice and took the time to clean up. Even gave us tips on painting the trim and window care which they did not have to do. Had so many compliments on my door would highly recommended. Thanks so much.

All windows were installed satisfactorily. They definitely weren’t top-of-the-line. Anyway, I had an issue with my patio door and 3 years later nothing has been done. There is shavings of some sort between the glass. This does not make it unusable, however I paid for a new door, so I shouldn’t have to be looking at stuff between the glass. I reached out to the owner Tyler several times who told me he ordered a new section of the door but it would take some time due to delays because of covid. The last time I reached out to him, I didn’t hear back from him at all. I had also requested a few additional repairs, and again nothing was done. It’s unfortunate because the customer service is pleasant.. Now I am getting a new front door and I would’ve went with them had the issues been resolved. I actually did reach out to them about a new front door, but I’m guessing they didn’t get back to me because they didn’t want to deal with the issue with the patio door, that they still had to deal with. Now I am thinking that he never did order another section of the patio door and that he just said that to keep me quiet. It was very unfortunate as the owner Tyler seemed like a nice

We just had Tyler and his team install new windows in our home. Tyler worked with us to get the best windows for our budget. We were pleased with the work. The windows are beautiful and the install was done quickly. The guys who did the work were very professional and they cleaned up everything before they left. I feel like we received good value for our money and have recommended them to 2 of our friends.

I've worked with Tyler at Windows to Adoor for about 6 years now and have had windows replaced at 7 houses (we flip houses) and have always found them to be better a 1/3 less cost than the competition, they use great quality windows (Vinylbilt) and they're installations were great - we've watched several installs and had no issues with the quality of materials used or the install itself. They might be a little slow in getting back on quotes, but if you're saving money, getting great quality windows and a great installation, it's worth the wait.
