All Roofing replaced our roof this week. Olti, Nick and their team were great! Professional, obviously very experienced, meticulous, efficient, tidy, and thorough. Shared photos to keep us informed & explain progress. They identified unused fan holes concealed by previous contractor and corrected that too! Best roofing company we’ve ever used! We had several other quotes- their price was reasonable and fair. Definitely highly recommend!! 5 Stars!!

Nick is the best! I asked him to replace a really old, really big, fixed skylight. I told him my wishes and priorities and he went to work to inspect, measure, and evaluate everything. Nick explained all the options and answered my questions clearly, so that I was able to make my best decision. The result: the most beautiful set of skylights that provide me with access to blue skies, daylight, and fabulous fresh air! I love my new Velux skylights and I am so grateful to have found such a clever, talented, trustworthy contractor in Nick at All Roofing Services & Skylights.

Our roof was old and badly damaged after a recent storm. That resulted in damage to much of the underlying boards. Nick and the crew from All Roofing did a fantastic job. They were very reasonable compared to other quotes and kept us up to date throughout the project sending photos and communicating any issues they discovered. We had raccoons in the attic and squirrels above the porch. Once they discovered the holes and were sure the animals were gone, they metal-reinforced these sections without changing the price despite it not being in the quote. They were all professional and worked hard to get the job done well. We are confident that the work they did will lost a lifetime. Highly recommend them to anyone in the Junction or High Park area.

Before you hire a roofer in Ontario

No. Roofing is not a compulsory trade in Ontario, so there is no licence to verify - which makes insurance and WSIB coverage the checks that matter.

WSIB clearance certificate

The most important document in this trade. Ask for a current certificate and confirm it names the company doing your work, not a subcontractor you have never met. It should be dated within the last 90 days.

Verify with: WSIB clearance certificates can be validated online by the account number.

Check All Roofing on the official register

General liability insurance

Two million dollars minimum for residential roofing. Request the certificate of insurance directly from the broker rather than a photocopy, and confirm the policy is current.

Manufacturer shingle certification

Optional but meaningful. Manufacturers certify installers, and certification is what unlocks the extended system warranty. Without it you have a material warranty only, which covers far less than most homeowners assume.

Municipal business licence

Some Ontario municipalities require one. Not universal, but easy to ask about.

Questions worth asking

Can I see a current WSIB clearance certificate and your liability certificate of insurance?
Is this a full tear-off, or shingling over the existing layer? (Overlays are cheaper and shorten roof life.)
How much ice and water shield is included, and how far up from the eave?
Are you certified by the shingle manufacturer, and does this quote include the system warranty or only the material warranty?
What happens if you find rotten decking? What is the per-sheet price, and will you show me before replacing it?
