Nuno and his team are a first class operation. They responded quickly to my call about an emergency caused by an ice dam, which was causing a leak in our back roof. Nuno took a look at the photo I sent and forwarded an estimate. He arrived with his team a few hours later and fixed the problem promptly and professionally. He also gave me some helpful advice about how to avoid the problem in the future. The entire team were very friendly and easy to deal with. I will be looking to them in the future to help with any other roofing problems that arise.

No question the best roofing company in Toronto. Very responsive. Act with the highest of integrity. We engage the Luso team for regular checks of our flat roof, as well as snow removal. I have dozens of photos that the team takes to send to me, so that I can see the work being done that I can’t actually see from the ground! The team also goes above and beyond to ensure we know how to properly care for and manage everything roof adjacent. This is the easiest business to support because their client service is unmatched.

Luso roofing was great! They were super fast and came the next day as an emergency call as shingles had flown off our roof in the wintertime. They got it done before a heavy rainfall later in the day and although it was expensive, I think the price was very reasonable for it being short notice and wintertime. The basic service call charge was on the low end for sure. They also fixed a small spot on our roof at no extra charge which was very kind. Getting a cheap deal on anything roofing related should be a red flag - you want it done right, and someone skilled will charge for their labour accordingly, it is only fair. He gave us a lot of detailed information and we will likely be using them again in the future. Definitely recommend.

These guys were very professional and courteous. They upgraded our roof vents and even replaced our broken vent that a large raccoon manage to get into our attic. Nuno shielded our vents with heavy duty high quality material and replaced some of our shingles where raccoon damaged. They did the work quickly and meticulously and treated my house like it was their own. I would recommend this company to everyone because of their honesty and great work. Easy to talk to and very helpful people will call them again if ever needed.
