We had a super experience with Arcana! This company came recommended by our family who also had new windows installed. The rep who came to the house was knowledgeable and listened to our needs before offering suggestions. We needed new windows on the whole second floor of the house. Dmitry followed up with the quote and we moved right along. The installation was very smooth although it was bitter cold, the crew never complained. Each member of the crew was personable and highly skilled. They removed the old windows, took them away along with all the old trim. The new windows and trim are just as we had hoped. We recently had Arcana Windows and Doors replace our front door, and door from the house to the breezeway. From my first email to when the truck pulled out of the driveway, the experience was excellent. Pricing and timelines never changed, everyone showed up on time and on installation day, the crew was having such a great time they were singing while working - and that level of joy showed in their workmanship.
