Bigelow Flooring

Just wanted to say that we had hardwood floors installed in our whole house except the kitchen and bathrooms from Bigelows 18 years ago this month and they still look as good as they did back then ( except for a few scratches from 18 years of everyday wear ) . They have held up amazingly well even in our living/family room which is a very high traffic area with 2 dogs and 2 cats that play in there. Even after 18 years we still get compliments on our nice hardwood floors! I would recommend Bigelows to anyone who is looking for quality flooring.

This is the fourth time we have used Bigelow Flooring. They exceed our expectations every time. Michael Chumbley in particular has been amazing. He has helped us choose flooring based on our needs and budget for all 4 of our projects. He's honest and his communication is stellar. Kyle did our most recent loft vinyl install and did an amazing, efficient, fast job. He was very tidy as well. We can't wait to entertain our friends. Thanks Bigelow for another job well done!!

A very good experience from start to finish. Each and every one of the Bigelow staff made the process easy. Krista is highly knowledgeable and recommended a selection of carpeting options most suitable for the basement stairs. Kyle the installer, removed and replaced the 30+ year old carpet neatly and professionally - and included a few extra, very considerate touches . The new carpet looks excellent and the workmanship was clean and well done. The company also made the process straightforward by providing a clear quote, and scheduling the installation efficiently. Highly recommended.

Excellent experience from walking in the door and quoting to installation and follow up. All staff interactions we very pleasant, helpful and professional. The installation happened exactly when and how they said it would. My new stairs look fantastic! Bigelow will definitely be my first choice for my next project.
