Our sales representative Savok was knowledgeable about flooring and renovations, and in contrast to other dealers was interested in informing a potential buyer rather than immediately trying to hard close a sale. Pickup was easy and fast. Pricing was extremely competitive. I had one minor issue which the owner immediately jumped in on to resolve. I will likely use Diamond for my next flooring project and would recommend that you do the same.
