We hired Elite Roofing to redo our roof and were very happy with the whole process from start to finish. To begin with, Flori quickly responded within a day to our request for a roofing estimate. He was honest with his assessment of the work that was required and the options that were available for us. When we chose to proceed with having new plywood and shingles installed for our roof, he then moved quickly and arranged to have the work scheduled to begin within one week. As stressful as it normally is when getting your house re-roofed, we were comforted to see the professionalism, skill, good workmanship, and care Flori and his crew took in getting the work done quickly and efficiently. Flori covered all the bases, took regular checkpoints with us, and ensured that the work done was top-notch. Throughout the project, which was completed in 2 days, we could see that he and his team took great pride in the work they were doing. All elements of the work performed were completed with great care and precision, there were no bad surprises thrown upon us along the way, and a full and thorough clean-up of the site was done upon completion. Though their quote was not the lowest I received, I hired Elite Roofing to replace the shingles on our roof, and am I glad I did! Like most organizations, Elite Roofing is a reflection of their leadership. The owner, Flori, is sincere and passionate about providing exceptionally high quality roofing at a fair price. Not only is Flori the one who shows up to assess your roof’s condition and explain his findings in detail, he is also on the job - on the roof - every day, making sure that every detail is carried out to his extremely high standards. His foreman Martin and their crew were friendly, professional and hard working. I also appreciated that Flori didn't try to upsell me on any additional work. When another roofer told me that my chimney was in danger of falling and needed to either come down ($4,000) or be replaced ($8,000), Flori came back to reinspect it for me, showing me photos and assuring me that, despite a few holes in the mortar, overall the chimney was fine. If you are looking for a roofer who is honest, truly cares about the quality of their work, and dedicated to 100% customer satisfaction … you have found it. I could not recommend Elite Roofing more highly.

Elite Roofing Inc. are wonderful to work with. Flori was on my neighbours roof and saw a problem with my shingles and stopped me to tell me about it. Essentially my last roofer lied to me about the work he did and thankfully he pointed out the lack of shingles on my roof, as this was a disaster in waiting. His team was very professional and did quality work - taking lots of pictures so that I could see the progress. The team did a thorough clean and the owner was on site, which was really appreciated. They did such a good job that I asked them redo the Fascia and Gutter Guards - which they got done the next day. I highly recommend elite roofing and will be working with them again this fall for my chimney.
