We received speedy and well explained service from the owner/manager Brad and the installers of both a new furance & AC were polite & did a good job cleaning up. The office staff are very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. We would highly recommend Exclusive Cooling & Heating.

Great experience with Exclusive Cooling! They were in last Thursday for a furnace maintenance. Jack was very thorough, and we were very fortunate in timing, as they discovered excessive CO, leading to a cracked heat exchanger. Brad worked very hard to cover options with a view to keeping costs down, and we felt no pressure into making a decision for warranty repair or replacement. As our furnace was old, we went with replacement. Brad shifted schedules around for priority effort, and a crew was there the next day at 0830 to switch out out the old with a new high-efficiency unit. Even better, total cost was well below what I anticipated for next-day service. And, they did all the warranty registration for the new unit on my behalf! Highly recommended !

Ryan, the dispatcher, was an absolute delight to deal with... Friendly and proactive he kept me posted wrt furnace maintenance updates, as it had to be rescheduled a couple of times due to an unusual number of EMERGENCY "NO HEAT" calls (which should and do take precedence over regular maintenance...). Additionally, I had requested an appointment for after 11am and 15 moments notice before the technician would be arriving (so I would have time to tie up Charlie, my over protective German Shepherd)... He even coordinated with Courtney, the maintenance technician, who phoned me 15 minutes prior to arriving and did a professional & timely maintenance assessment of my propene furnace while here. Additionally, Exclusive Colling is an AUTHORIZED LENNOX DEALER with full and ready access the complete line line of Lennox parts... Something non AUTHORIZED LENNOX DEALERS do not.

The staff at Exclusive Cooling went out of their way to accommodate my needs. The owner came out to my home and educated me on the prows and cons of air conditioners as a whole. Thank - you. The work was for a complete retrofit from an old 20+ year furnace and AC to new high efficiency units. This was MAJOR infrastructure for my house - not just cosmetic upgrades! The whole team was excellent from quote to response to my detailed questions to installation and a full checklist to ensure the work was done well. They even adapted to a change in AC unit on installation day after unboxing .. when I changed my mind. They said I needed to be happy and gladly went to get a different unit to ensure me - the customer - was satisfied. I highly recommend Exclusive Cooling.
