Reins Heating HVAC & Air Conditioning Ltd Kingston

I needed an new higher capacity Heat Recovery Ventilator (HRV) for our basement area. I made contact with Josh Leakey at Reins in Kingston on 31 January 2026; Josh understood my needs, recommended two possible equipment vendors which facilitated me in making an unit selection. A contract was developed, the HRV was ordered; the installation was scheduled and completed on 13 February 2026 - from start to finish within 14 days! Very impressed with the service!

There were a lot of problems created by previous installers but this team not only managed to overcome them but came up with sensible solutions. Another local heating company tried to make me install a brand new furnace with a new heat pump. Fortunately, I decided to get a second opinion. This saved me over $18000. Also all the applications were quickly submitted for the rebates by Reins. The installation was incredibly neat and professional.

Very pleased with the experience. Sales was helpful and easy to deal with. The installation was very professional and the Techs were quite accommodating. We have used Reins a few times now and will continue.

It was an easy process working with Reins to get a heat pump water heater and the associated electrical upgrades. Josh was really helpful in coordinating and answering all my questions, and Ward was very thorough and patient explaining the process and how to use the water heater. A big thanks to Eric for upgrading my electrical panel so that all the upgrades actually work!
