Let me begin by saying that I NEVER write a review unless the service is truly exceptional! This is an example of truly exceptional service. We woke up last Sunday morning (of course, a Sunday) on the coldest day of winter so far to discover that our furnace was not working and our house was already down to about 15 degrees. I contacted Pete via text message and he responded almost immediately. Pete arrived at our house within an hour. Pete diagnosed the problem, used his network to quickly source the required part (which ended up being a gas valve), and came back to make the repair. Our heat was restored before lunch. The repair bill was more than fair for an emergency call out on a Sunday. This isn’t the first time Pete has helped us with an after hours emergency. The last time our experience was also very positive. Thanks Pete!

Pete Haagsma is amazing. He’s always returned msgs and calls very quickly and fit me in. I have a 20yr old furnace and A/C unit and he has been out to service and maintain my system half a dozen time over the last decade. Very reasonable, knowledgeable, and professional while giving me options and advice on what to do. When the time comes to replace the units he will be the one I choose to purchase and install it.
