Cookie and Travis from Jumbo Plumbing did an excellent job. They were professional, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. They showed up on time, explained the work, and made sure everything was done properly before leaving. It’s not always easy to find reliable plumbers, but these two made the whole experience smooth and stress free. I would definitely recommend Cookie and Travis from Jumbo Plumbing to anyone looking for quality service.

Excellent service from Jumbo Plumbing from start to finish replacing our sewage injector pump. They offered quick same-day service, and the technician was knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly explained the work while improving the system’s efficiency. I also appreciated receiving his photo and credentials beforehand by email. He cleaned up thoroughly and removed the old pump. Highly recommend Jumbo Plumbing!!

Fantastic service - Gabe was very knowledgeable, assessed the job and provided a fair quote for the work and got the job done in great time. He was very polite and professional. I highly recommend Jumbo. The whole process from calling (service agent was awesome too!) booking and arrival was very timely (next day) and Gabe arrived in the time window promised. I will definitely use their services next time. They cleared a plugged sewer drain from our basement to the sewer on very short notice. Very happy! Thanks Jumbo!

Yes. Plumber (306A) is a compulsory trade in Ontario - working without certification is illegal, not just inadvisable.

The individual doing the work must hold this, or be a registered apprentice working under someone who does. Ask for the certificate number and the name it is issued to. It belongs to a person, not a company.
