Draincam came out to my home on what I thought would’ve been an after hours call the other day. They gave me a great price to snake my sewer out and came in cheaper than the commotion while working with what was in my budget. After they gave me great options to fix the problem permanently. My wife and I can’t say enough positive things about Rob, Cyle and Cookie from DrainCam Plumbing in St. Thomas! They responded to our call immediately and were on site digging and installing our sump pump, backup pump and check valve within 2 days of the locates being completed. They were extremely professional, polite, and kept me in the loop every step of the way. They even cut my cost down after realizing some of the work in the original quote didn’t need to be done. My wife Amanda and myself (Trevor) couldn’t ask for better. We’ll be recommending them to everyone.

We had sewage backed up due to roots invading our drain pipes, and Drain Cam quickly came to our rescue. Rob came first and cleared the blockage with a drain snake while providing us with a diagnosis and long-term options. Richard then followed up with a thorough flush of the system. Although It did feel like flushing money down the drain haha, I'm grateful it's flowing now!! Both Rob and Richard were very friendly and helpful, and I recommend Drain Cam for anyone having plumbing issues. Edit: I wanted to add that Drain Cam graciously delivered a thank-you gift to my door after I used their service. Unfortunately, as you can see in the videos, some friendly passerby decided to grab it shortly after. Just thought I’d share for entertainment. Thanks anyway, Drain Cam!
