I called in the morning to book a service to replace our shower, I got a call back within a couple hours and by mid day the guys we're here to do the repair. They installed a shower column for us which they both said they've never done before but we're still very efficient and professional. Definitely recommend Elgin County Plumbing and will use them going forward for any Plumbing needs.

Very Positive Experience and excellent work! Chris the owner has been doing this for a long time and you can tell. He was really pleasant and funny. We love that it is a family run business and the employees don't work on commission. His wife or daughter answers the phone so you always know who you're dealing with. Very friendly and personable.

The individual doing the work must hold this, or be a registered apprentice working under someone who does. Ask for the certificate number and the name it is issued to. It belongs to a person, not a company.

- Does this need a municipal plumbing permit, and are you pulling it?
- What is the warranty on labour, separately from the manufacturer warranty on parts?
