Thank you so much for the excellent service we received from Luxe Flooring. We had great service from the start when we walked in, Obi, was there to great us, we told him what we're looking for, he told us where we could find the engineered hardwood floor samples, which was a large selection. He was very helpful and gave us the time we needed to make our selection. We then changed our mind for the lower level, and decided to go with carpet, again, he showed us the different carpets. When it came to installation, we had Rafih do the majority of the work, all the engineered hardwood floors were installed by him, he did the staircases and we also had him change the wood ballusters to iron ones. Rafih takes great pride in his work and it shows. He really cares about the job being very well done. He communicated with me throughout the process, very open communication. Obi was also very flexible with us to schedule the installation times. We needed time for our pool table to be moved in order for the carpet to be installed, so he worked around that. The carpet installation also went very well. All the workers are very polite, and they clean up as they go.
