SAMandREZ Renovation, flooring and stairs, Kitchen and bathroom (in KWCG area)

I initially planned a small kitchen renovation, but meeting Rez and Sam completely changed my perspective. Their ideas and vision opened my mind to possibilities I hadn’t considered. Although I’m quite handy myself, their expertise as an architect and engineer made a huge difference. The transformation of my home is incredible — the pictures say it all ( I added some photos from my old kitchen) . I’m already planning my next renovation and would happily work with them again. Highly recommended!

I’m so happy with my new floors! We had 3 bedrooms, halllway, and stairs done with vinyl on the floors and stained oak on the stairs, also new baseboards. Everything was speedy but not at the expense of quality. Everything looks absolutely stunning! Am so glad to have my carpets gone and beautiful flooring replacing it! Great experience, would highly recommend!!

A very professional and knowledgeable crew! I had old floors and stairs in my house that needed some reinforcement and leveling in certain areas .Sam and Rez, along with the project manager, handled every aspect of the flooring with care. The floors and stairs look fantastic, and there's no longer any odd bounce when walking or jumping on them. The quality of work is exceptional! I would highly recommend this company.

It would be hard to find 2 people who work harder than Sam & Rez? . They recently installed new hardwood floors on two levels of our home. Great job. What a big difference from what we originally had. Not only are they excellent workers, they are really nice people, and it was a pleasure to have them in our home each day. Keep up the great work.
