Love our gym, customer service is always top tier! Last week put in a request for a new hyperextension machine and it was approved 2 days later and already on the floor today!! Have been a member for years, gym is way bigger than others in town, always clean, staff is great very knowledgeable and super nice gym community!

Had an awesome gym tour experience with Glen! He was welcoming, knowledgeable, and made everything easy to understand. I’m especially excited to try the sauna and massage chair. Just signed up for the Gold membership! I can’t wait to get started 😊

I've been going to St.Thomas Health Club since it was known as Bodyparts wayyy back (some might say 16 years ago). Gym is consistently clean and comfortable, never have to worry about not having equipment to use. Staff are welcoming and understanding. Love this gym

I’ve been a member of several gyms in town, and none come close to this one. The variety of free weights, machines, and a couple pieces of unique equipment that are great for injury recovery—is unmatched. The three different saunas are incredible for recovery and a perfect way to unplug and relax. The staff are top-tier: friendly, knowledgeable, and constantly keeping the gym clean. This morning at 4:30 a.m., my lock jammed with all my work gear stuck inside. Panic set in quick 😆. Luckily Traci was there and immediately helped me out with bolt cutters and a replacement lock. Because of her, I still got my workout in, enjoyed the sauna, and made it to work on time. This place is second to none.

I’ve had such a great experience at this gym so far. Equipment, change rooms, and common areas are always clean and well maintained. The staff truly set this place apart. Everyone is friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful. I am always greeted with a positive attitude. It creates a welcoming atmosphere, especially if you’re new or trying something different. The overall environment is motivating without being intimidating. It feels like a community where people are focused but respectful, and you can comfortably work out at your own pace. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, supportive, and well-run gym!
