The team were polite, very hard working and clearly very skilled at their profession. They left the site very clean at the end of the day. He also went above and beyond when, after an historic snowstorm, our roof drain was blocked by snow and ice. He went up on our four-storey roof, cleared it all out, and again, offered terrific advice about what we needed to do to prevent this happening again, all without charge.
