We are so pleased with how our fireplace tile turned out! We had a wonderful experience with Christine. She was knowledgeable and friendly. After seeing pictures of our living room, she was able to suggest tiles that would complement the style of the room perfectly. The installer did a fantastic job finishing the job as planned. The staff at Westboro are great! They went out of their way to seek out some tile options for me (it was however discontinued), and called me back as planned/promised to give me the news. We have tile from this business within our home (built in 2017) and have had no problems (knock on wood) with it so far! Highly recommend!

We have had an excellent experience with the former Grant's Tiles. They have a very large selection of tiles, with great variety. Tracie, who guided us through the process, is a perfect mix of letting us browse and hands-on advice and support. It seems there are some hiccups in the transition to becoming part of Westboro, which included our order being misconverted from sq.ft. into individual tiles. However, Tracie was exemplary in working with us to find a delivery solution for the balance of the order, so that our contractor could keep to his schedule. I was very impressed with the extra effort Tracie went to, and her calm demeanor. We love our tiles, and recommend the ex-Grant Tiles very highly.
