On time. Cover floors and gardens. Paid attention to every detailed that was discussed with home owner. Vacuum cleaned floors and cleaned job site. They left it as they found it.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Seal went on 3 pane front window after a few years. After repeated attempts to contact them, I eventually had to go to contact the window supplier in Toronto to get a replacement. Worst office staff I have ever had to deal with. Don't care after they get your money. Also found out while trying to get a hold of them that they are not a member of SAWDAC.

Please DO NOT use the company installation horrible doors leaking water over my new floors been almost 3 years called numerous times they will not return. A new weather strip was to be ordered the day they were installed never happened Cody came and used a staple gun to fix it. Dom was here in the spring was to order & fix it never called showed up. Please do not waste your money with this company! They NEVER respond to messages . A ton of other issues too long of a post.

Review was deleted! I left a long detailed review with pictures and that review is just gone. Long story short, they put in new triple pane windows in 2020, all 3 bedroom windows developed condensation on the INSIDE, which shouldn't be possible with properly sealed, argon filled windows. They came out to look, agreed to replace the windows and redo some of the poor work on the other windows. It's been over 2 years now, and they've stopped replying to emails and VMs. Don't go with these crooks. EDIT: I really don't get their rationale for not doing this. I've now had 6 people contact me about my previous review, and after explaining what happened they decided to go elsewhere for windows. I can't imagine the 10's of thousands of $$$ that Cody has lost, all because they can't be bothered to honor the guarantee.

From the intial meeting at the Home Show with Mike and Holli, to the crew that showed up on time as incredible professionals, I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company and their services. Thank you so much for the beautiful patio door installation, and for quickly installing in. I appreciate your kindness for the urgency of our door. You guys are amazing!! I look forward to working with you again in the future with other renovations projects.
