We have hottub and there is water leaking. Techincian kepp draging the job for 2 month. He came here and did the work and just lest without check his work done. We fill the water the leak is still there. Further they charge us around $ 650.00 we keep calling not answering and really frustarion about the service they given to me. We did our hard working found the leak at the same place did the repair and got the vedio and send to Bliss. Now they send me a quote and asking to pay agian $ 389 for them to come back and do the repair. First place they did not do the repair right and asking more money for there fault. Where is the work ethicks. Now that there not anwering phone. Ask several time to talk the owner and never come to my phone. Do not use these type of companies giving hard time to their clients. not done the job last two month. Newmarket Client Chin Rana

I had Don come out to have a look at our pool today. He was thorough and knowledgeable (not to mention a real personable guy!) He put my mind at ease that everything was working as it should be. There service guy Don is amazing. He is patient explaining things to me and very knowledgeable. He comes from Bradford to Aurora to service my hot tub. The service call is cheaper than calling someone local. Their prices are very very reasonable to have someone come out and diagnosis the problem. I highly recommend them.

The team at Bliss opened my pool yesterday and my pool is already starting to look clearer after less than 24 hours. They hooked up and assessed my equipment and informed me of issues I might have missed had I opened it myself. The team at Bliss is professional, knowledgeable and friendly!

Being a new pool owner, there's a lot to learn and understand. Since walking into the store for the first time I've always had great service and Darryl always made time to answer my questions. I recently had to have a service call and had the pleasure of meeting Don. Such a great dude!
