I purchased the Calgary Spa a couple months ago. Canadian Spa Company has been exceptional to deal with from the onset of purchase, delivery, drop off and any follow up calls I made during set up and as part of ongoing use. I am very impress and highly recommend.

Canada Spa Company has been great to deal with, on our set up day they were able to go through over the phone how to get our hot tub working. A couple of little things have broken over the past two years and they have been great to reply quickly, send the part at no cost. Great service after the sale, which is so important with a purchase like this.

After looking and comparing Spas we landed on the Cambridge hot tub. The process from ordering to soaking went really well due to the great staff at Canadian Spa. Being new we had many questions and they were always answered. Now it’s morning coffee soaks and chatting about the day in the evening. Thanks to the staff for making this happen.
