I recently purchased a new cover for my spa through MasterSpas, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the process was seamless, largely thanks to Alfred. I had multiple issues with the location I purchased my Master Spa hot tub from. I contacted Alfred’s location and he assisted me when he wasn’t even obligated to. He knew the Master Spa parts I needed, answered questions about the problems I was having and recommended the solution and parts to solve the problem without selling me more parts than I needed. I will be calling his store when I need anything from now on. They are honest and know he products.

I interacted with this company a few weeks ago but website issues made the purchase I wanted to make impossible. During my interaction I took the opportunity to interact with their bot that states "I am a live person here to help". This is NOT a live person, this is a chatbot which was confirmed when I actually spoke to someone from the company which they said they were working to correct but since it has now been a few weeks to give them the benefit of the doubt but since the website is now fixed and this issue is not, this error appears intentional and so this 1 star review is warranted. Make up your own minds but I personally don't trust any company that would lie to save money. To me this too easily translates into being willing to lie to make money... Replace a pump I don't need, a markup I didn't catch... Trust is trust.
