Once they earned my business things started to go south. Owner said 4 weeks for the windows, sales rep Larry knew they would not be ready and told me 6 weeks. No problem. Now it was a good 10-11 weeks after the order was placed. When I called to ask what’s going on I’m told that they have called me over 30 times looking to book an install. I said 30 times, no message, no email. Turns out office said they had the wrong number. Sales rep had the correct one. Office manager was very disorganized and poor communication among the company. Installation day came and they never showed up. A week later they came, Only 1 guy had installed windows before. They fought and yelled at each other. Even sent a guy home, the installers 17 year old son fought with his dad and wouldn’t even clean up. What a mess. They sent another guy home cause he was so bad. Was told 1 day. 3 days later still not complete. Tried to pull wool over my eyes many times. I watched as my 2nd level windows got installed. All scratches all over the paint. Bottom of my new windows is silver not black as they decided to drag the windows in the driveway. They used different colour caulk and were shocked when I asked for it to be the same colour. Installer did not see the issue with 3 sides one colour and the 4th a different. Caulk is missing around the windows inside and out. Kitchen cabinets scratched, stairs dented. These guys DO NOT care about you. I understand we all need to make a living but at whose expense. When I call the office to ask what’s going with my order the office manager pulled the I’m just the receptionist story to me. Funny as she was the office manager the whole time till I had a problem. Go to Nordic across the street. They will cost you a little more but I am super disappointed I chose CDW. Disappointed customer who would never recommend this business. Update- They did not fix it all. Yes sone areas got fixed and improved but still have a window that won't close and also the paint is coming off this summer after 1 year of being installed. Worries me for what to expect on year 5. Disappointing

Had my upper west facing windows replaced with casement windows last fall. Love the clarity and size! My view is amazing now!! Well sealed and sales and service and follow ups done professionally and with courtesy. Will get them again for my other replacements in time.

Had a great experience using Larry as the sales rep. Very knowledgeable and helpful and provided great price. Bobby the installer was fantastic. They installed quickly and I was impressed with their craftsmanship. A Would definitely use again.

We had an amazing experience with them for our window installation. From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional and affordable. A special shoutout to Larry, who was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. He took the time to explain all our options, answer our questions, and ensure that we got the best service possible. I replaced several doors and windows throughout my house. Bad experience. Sales rep promised 8 week max installation and took over 12. Supposedly installers were going to come on a Friday afternoon and all Saturday but showed up early on Friday and said they were doing everything in one day, for which we weren't ready, so they rushed and left some of the windows and doors installed not to my taste. The main door was supposed to have a special glass shape and came rectangular. Sales rep is not answering my calls or texts anymore. Installers were rude and yelling everywhere up and down, even other contractors I had on site that day were wondering how they can work there. They were in such a rush that they put any piece they found to frame the windows, or didnt even care if existing framing was good enough. Never again to get their services... and I would not recommend them 13.Nov. Update from my last comment I started the installation of the drywall and guess what… some windows are not levelled and causing issues with the depth of my drywall… no wonder why the sales rep said they can do framing in no time…see new photos
